Rinnai America Corp., the Japan-based maker of tankless water heaters with both a factory and headquarters in Georgia, has promoted three executives as it embarks on the next phase of its U.S. growth strategy.
Rinnai celebrated 100 years in the U.S. in 2020, and in 2021 announced that it would embark on a strategy of acquiring firms around the country as it ramped up manufacturing to support sales growth.
All the executives receiving promotions are existing Rinnai team members. Judd Greene, newly elevated to senior vice president of administration with responsibility over Human human resources, finance and information technology, joined the company in 2009 as an accounting supervisor and became a vice president in 2018.
Tim Wiley, who took up the role as senior vice president of customer experience with a focus on sales, marketing, customer care and other responsibilities, joined in 2015 as vice president of sales. Before that, he worked with Moen Inc. and Georgia-Pacific.
The newest arrival among the three is Kevin Headley, who is taking up the role of vice president of sales for the U.S. and Canada. He joined the company in 2020 after holding sales leadership positions at Sub-Zero Group and Whirlpool Corp.
